Design, develop, and improve products and manufacturing processes to meet performance, quality, and cost requirements.
Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and suppply chain teams to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance through testing and validation.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure successful transition from development to mass production.
Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues during the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions.
Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (fresh graduate with strong projects portfolios may be considered).
Proeficient in CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent) and familiar with engineering drawings and GD&T.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, assembly, or stamping.
Experience with product testing, validation procedures, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
