Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and oversee manufacturing related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and finance to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Technical Field.
• Master's Degree or PMP Certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 Years of Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Manufacturing environment.
• Strong Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proeficient in Project Management Software.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
