Job Description:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, Gantt Charts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with standardized project management processes and procedures.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and issue, and support mitigation planning with relevant stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in project management coordination or PMO role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
