Assist the Quality System Manager in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 (if applicable), and customer-specific requirements.
Supervise and support cross-functional teams in the identification and resolution of quality system issues, non-conformities, and process improvements.
Analyze quality performance indicator (KPIs) and develop reports and action plans to improve overall system effectiveness.
Provide leadership to the QA/QS team in the absence of the Quality System Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in Quality System Management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949) and quality assurance principles.
Experience in leading or coordinating audits (internal/external) and handling third-party certification bodies.
Proeficient in using quality tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 5 Why, and PDCA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
