Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/ Food Science / Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years experience in food manufacturing, preferably noodle.
  • Strong knowledge of flour technology, starch gelatinization, gluten network, and noodle drying.
  • Familiar with Indonesia food regulations (BPOM, Halal, SNI) and International standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
  • Analytical, innovative, and detail-oriented.
