Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (a MUST)
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Recruitment
• Fresh Graduates wih internship experience in recruitment are welcome to apply
• Strong ability in sourcing and screening candidates for all levels
• Capable of handling end-to-end recruitment & selection processes, including mass recruitment
• Proficient in English communication (spoken & written) is a MUST
• Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service orientation
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferably based in Batam or willing to be stationed in Batam
• Able to join as soon as possible
