• Minimum 2 Years related experience

• Fluent in English both verbal and written

• Supervise and lead the production team
• Leadership and manage man power to achieve target (Efficiency & Quality)
• Strong skill in problem solving with analysis the root cause to get corrective and preventive action to prevent problem repeated
• Leading and Continuously create awareness of Quality Management Systems and Process by Training, Coaching, and supporting employees on theirs responsibilities (the standardized work process (SOP, WI, etc.) in the form of process flow) in line with the Company Process and Customer Expectations
