  • Responsible for performing routine and administrative tasks for processes like payroll, benefits, and personal data
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency working under limited supervision
  • The role provides basic and administrative services related to personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, and talent administration
  • The role aids in ensuring timely responses to inquiries, helps to perform standard master data changes, and supports in Lean process improvement activities, maintaining high standards of customer service and data accuracy
