• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environment or equivalent
• Min 8 years experiences in executive/managerial level
• Proficient in English, both spoken & written
• Good communication, public speaking and presentation skill
• Good analytical skill, creative thinking, and problem-solving
• Have a good leadership

Job Description:

• Mantain HSES systems, including fire safety protocols in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company objectives
• Regularly update policies to meet safety regulations
• Maintain certifications and ensure audits are passed
• Prepare monthly report for management and annual budget.
