- Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily activities in the assembly and screen-printing workshop to ensure balanced, efficient, and timely production.
- Inspect and enforce the implementation of the quality management system throughout the production process.
- Oversee process quality control, conduct process discipline inspections, and organize self-inspection and mutual inspection among production teams.
- Reduce and control waste, defects, and material loss through proper monitoring and corrective actions.
- Manage labeling, storage, and tracking of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products within the production area.
- Ensure 5S implementation on the production floor, maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and a disciplined working environment.
- Manage staffing arrangements and effectively utilize automated equipment to minimize manual operations.
- Prepare and coordinate production line scheduling, personnel allocation, and material flow management.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between production capacity and operational requirements.
