- Skilled in diagnosing common molding defects and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong capability in process optimization and handling complex molding adjustments.
- Proficient with POWER JET injection molding machines and ALFA/BORUNTE robotic systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine setup and mold testing, with solid knowledge of mold trial procedures.
- At least 5 years of management experience in injection molding operations.
- Strong quality mindset; knowledgeable in ISO standards, proficient in 5S implementation.
- Skilled in computer office software and familiar with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Experience managing production with 30 or more injection molding machines.
