Manage office administration and maintain an updated employee database.
Ensure office facilities, infrastructure, and equipment are well maintained and ready for use.
Manage and record company assets, including the arrangement of operational transportation services.
Ensure employee enrollment in BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is properly administered in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct end-to-end internal recruitment processes.
Implement and evaluate employee training and development programs.
Manage employee exit processes (resignation/termination), including exit clearance administration and database updates.
Oversee the procurement process of goods and services based on operational needs and coordinate with related vendors.
