- Minimum 2 years experience in admin/HR role

- Experience with payroll processing

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Able to handle confidential documents

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage employee data and files

- Handle admin tasks (travel arrangements, etc.)

- Support HR activities (recruitment, etc.)

- Ensure office operations run smoothly

- Process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions

- Handle employee payroll inquiries and issues
