- Create and implement Sales and Marketing strategies
- Administer the preparation of the quotes
- Identify and co-ordinate market information
- Produce appropriate marketing collateral as required
- Manage the day-to-day work of the Sales & Marketing Team
- Manage the receipt, handling and escalation of all sales enquiries.
- Monitor the status of all live enquiries to ensure all enquiries are completed in a timely professional manner and escalated to the Superior when required
- Ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry
- Follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients
- Chase and analyses the reason for failure to turn the enquiry into a new order
- Monitor Company’s sales KPIs and Sales Performance
- Acts as the company representative at meetings, conferences, and events
- Implement and maintain company policies, and administer discipline as required
