Employment Information

1.      Develop business opportunities through marketing activities and regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with service users (clients).

2.      Manage and fulfill client manpower request by sourcing suitable candidates

3.      Execute and monitor recruitment and selection processes and handle employee-related cases.

4.      Coordinate closely with clients and relevant stakeholder in managing employee mobilization, including employee arrival and repatriation service.

5.      Prepare and submit monthly reports on recruitment activities and progress.
