- Supervise daily Tool & Die operations to support production targets.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure tooling readiness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
