•Manage full-cycle factory finance, including accounting entries, month/year-end closing, AR/AP, fixed assets, inventory costing, and daily expense control..
•Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including PPN, PPh21, corporate income tax, withholding tax, annual tax filing, external audits, and tax authority inspections.
•Handle cash flow planning, bank reconciliation, fund management, voucher verification, and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
•Establish and improve financial control systems covering procurement, reimbursement, payment, and stocktaking procedures to minimize financial and tax risks.
•Act as the main contact with Indonesian tax authorities, banks, and audit firms for all financial and tax-related matters.
