Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 10 years experiences in procurement area
• Strong knowledge of construction manterials, infrastructure service procurement, industrial equipment
• Budget management and cost control expertise
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/vendors
• Strong knowledge of commodity markets and price trends
• Negotiation, persuasion skills, problem solver, and strong analytical thinking
• Strong leadership
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
