Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Electro Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of PCBA processes and project tracking
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Handle PCBA NPI (New Product Introduction) activities
• Perform daily project tracking process by process (target date vs. actual)
• Support the quality team in preparing documentation during project qualification
• Conduct tooling validation at PCBA processes (SMT, Wave, Router, Coating).
