Job Description :

  • Daily maintenance desktop computers, laptops and network related hardware and software
  • Responsible for computers, laptops, and network set up (simple to complex installations), and also create new user account
  • Responsible for advanced troubleshooring on personal computers, laptop, hardware, software, networks, and servers
  • Maintain software and hardware inventories for infrastructure equipment and applications
  • Supports the information technology needs of a location with more complex systems, multiple locations and/or many users.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma III in Computer Sciences/IT or relevant field
  • Min. 3 years experience in Level 2 IT Support, Focused on end-user and PC Support
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Network+, A+)
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge of IT environments (LAN/WAN, Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, antivirus)
  • Strong knowledge of network concepts, terminology, and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to explain technical issues in simple terms
  • Willing to provide off-hours support when needed.
