Job Requirements:

  • Min. D3 degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience handling payroll, benefit, personnel data
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Payroll Systems, HR Service Delivery, and Reporting
  • Knowledge of Lean Methodologies & Escalation Management
  • Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills
  • Preferably domiciled in Batam

 

Job Description:

  • Handle payroll, benefits, and personnel data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with policies, systems, and SOPs
  • Provide support in payroll processing, master data changes, and HR function
  • Contribute to LEAN process improvement initiatives
  • Deliver excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries
