• At least 10 years experience (preferably experience in injection molding manufacture)

•  Run tool room to support production and Mold maker
• Handling all daily tool activity
• Controlling budget and manpower allocation
• Ensure Mold making, modification to meet the target
• Manage and improve tool room performance
