Job Requirements:

• Diploma degree in related field
• At least 10 years experience (preferably experience in injection molding manufacture)
• Can join as soon as possible

Job Description:

• Find solutions and services that meet or predict customers future needs, work independently, self-running, with a strong leadership, verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Confer with management, production, quality, and operation staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate the projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Plan for all equipment and ensure section provides vital services to production availability and efficient operating conditions.
• Review and seek approval from Management on product design and changes.
• Write-up operating standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
• Provide technical support to all other departments in relation to identifying, analysing and determining the best materials and methods for the manufacturing of a product.
